At Fourth, we continually evolve the employee experience both at work and away from work. We offer a variety of mobile apps that support your business with Workforce Management, Purchase-to-Pay, and Inventory solutions. These apps allow employees to collaborate, apply for holidays, manage scheduled shifts, track stock levels, place orders, receive deliveries, and much more.
Our Workforce Management solution simplifies the lives of managers and employees. Managers can save hours each week by building accurate schedules and approving shift changes with ease. They can also publish open shifts and stay connected while on the go to keep track of business performance. Employees benefit from more precise schedules and can easily request shift swaps, suggest unavailability, volunteer for open shifts, request time off, view payroll information, and stay connected with their managers and colleagues. This solution enables managers to spend more time with their teams and customers, while employees feel more engaged and satisfied, resulting in improved productivity, company culture, and employee retention.
Our Purchase-to-Pay and Inventory Management solution empowers operators to effectively manage inventory by simplifying regular valuations. Mobile devices are used for placing orders, completing inventory counts, and receiving goods. This saves time and eliminates errors caused by data re-entry. The solution also calculates the Actual Cost of Sales (COS) easily and highlights the gap between actual and theoretical COS so that it can be reduced. By factoring in transactional data, daily sales, account transfers, and inventory movement, we provide better inventory management that ensures sufficient product supply while reducing waste and unnecessary administration.
To get started with the Fourth App, you'll need a Fourth Account to log in. Your employer should have given you access through an activation email. If you have any issues accessing the app, please contact your line manager.
